Regular Cleaning vs. Deep Cleaning

A Guide to Our Residential Cleaning Services

We offer two core cleaning services, each designed for a different purpose. Below is an overview of what each service includes, so you can choose the option that best fits your home's needs.

Regular House Cleaning

A maintenance cleaning recommended weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly to keep your home consistently clean, fresh, and well cared for.

General Areas (All Rooms)

• Dust furniture, shelves, tables, and decorative items
• Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
• Vacuum and mop all floors
• Empty trash bins

Living Room & Common Areas

• Dust furniture and light fixtures
• Wipe down tables, remote controls, and decorative items
• Straighten cushions and blankets

Kitchen

• Clean and sanitize countertops, stovetop, and sink
• Wipe down the exterior of appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.)
• Wipe down the exterior of cabinets
• Sweep and mop the floor

Bathrooms

• Clean and sanitize the sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub
• Clean mirrors and faucets
• Vacuum and mop the floors
• Replace towels and toilet paper, if clean replacements are provided

Bedrooms

• Dust furniture and nightstands
• Make the beds (or change linens if clean sheets are left out)
• Vacuum or mop the floors

Deep Cleaning

A more detailed and thorough service than our regular cleaning, designed to remove built-up dirt and grime from hard-to-reach areas and leave your home completely refreshed and sanitized. Recommended for first-time cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, or whenever a more comprehensive clean is needed.

General Areas (All Rooms)

• Dust furniture, shelves, doors, door frames, and baseboards
• Clean light switches and electrical outlets
• Clean blinds and window frames
• Clean doors and door handles
• Thoroughly vacuum and mop all floors
• Clean inside and outside of closets (available upon request, additional charge applies)
• Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures

Kitchen

• Deep clean and sanitize all surfaces
• Clean the exterior of appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, range hood, dishwasher, etc.)
• Clean the exterior of cabinets
• Sanitize the sink and faucets
• Clean tile and countertop edges/grout
• Sweep and mop with disinfectant

Bathrooms

• Deep clean and sanitize the sink, toilet, shower, bathtub, and tile walls
• Remove limescale, mold, and soap residue
• Clean mirrors, faucets, and fixtures
• Wash and disinfect floors and baseboards
• Clean the exterior of cabinets

Bedrooms & Living Areas

• Dust and wipe down the exterior of furniture
• Clean behind and underneath beds, sofas, and large furniture
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Make beds or change linens, if clean sheets are provided

Additional Details

• Clean doors, frames, and molding
• Clean interior windows (glass and frames)
• Remove cobwebs and dust from high corners

🧽 Deep Cleaning – Add-On Services

The following services are not included in our standard Deep Cleaning package but can be added for an additional fee. Prices may vary based on condition and size.

💡 Tip: Many clients start with a Deep Cleaning to bring their home to a fresh baseline, then switch to Regular Cleaning to maintain it.
